I am an EMDRIA-certified therapist providing individual psychotherapy to adults and teens in Bend, OR. I offer in-person and telehealth services. I specialize in recent events trauma, sports-based trauma, sports performance, and developmental/attachment trauma. I take an IFS-informed approach in my EMDR process. I also offer somatic-based interventions including polyvagal theory and integrated breath work.
