I firmly believe in the power of the therapeutic relationship to support clients in their own self-discovery and healing. I value authenticity and warmth to cultivate an environment where clients are free to explore the issues that are weighing heavily on their hearts and minds.

I provide treatment to individuals coping with a variety of mental health challenges including depression, anxiety, grief, post-traumatic stress, suicidal ideation, addiction, and relationship issues. I am passionate about meeting clients where they are at to cater treatment to each individual’s unique set of needs.
