My passion is to help turn one’s Trauma, Mental Health issues and overall life struggles into an experience that can be used to encourage self-growth and improved life functioning. I have been EMDR Certified for about 6 years. I specialize in trauma work with an expertise in First Responders. I also enjoy working with middle/high schoolers.
