Laurel Brauns

I work from a somatic and depth psychotherapeutic lens using interventions like EMDR, yoga, breathing exercises, imagery, creativity, and dreamwork. As we identify patterns and begin to heal old wounds we'll reignite your life force energy. I will listen to your stories with enthusiasm and compassion. In addition to my counseling MS, I have a MA in Consciousness, Spirituality, and Integrative Health with a specialization in non-ordinary states of consciousness. I'm currently earning my PhD in Depth Psychotherapy from Pacifica Graduate Institute.
