I am a trauma informed care practitioner who primarily works with adolescents and adults. I am trained in EMDR and have speciality training in complex trauma, attachment, and dissociative disorders. I have experience with abuse recovery, domestic violence, adoption, and military sexual trauma (MST). I enjoy using a family systems approach focusing on attachment and intergenerational trauma while using the modalities of EMDR, IFS, and expressive art therapy. I have a warm, relaxed approach that assists clients in discovering restoration, experiencing empowerment, and envisioning a hopeful future.
